Job Description

As a Dozer Operator/Grader Operator, you'll be responsible for fine grading and leveling on a variety of projects. This role requires someone with exceptional skill in operating heavy machinery and a strong understanding of fine grading techniques. The right candidate will have an eye for detail and take pride in getting it just right.

Responsibilities:

- Operate dozers and graders to perform fine grading and leveling on job sites

- Accurately interpret grading plans and layout specifications

- Conduct routine equipment maintenance checks to ensure safety and performance

- Work collaboratively with site managers and the team to meet project goals

Qualifications

- Must have proven experience with dozers and graders, specifically fine grading

- Strong knowledge of grading techniques and industry best practices

- Ability to understand and execute layout and grading plans

- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team
