COOK/COUNTER POSITION — TIPPED

We are looking to add one more solid, well-rounded staff member to our small team. Perla Oyster Bar just opened in Maplewood to a terrific response and reviews and is the hottest new opening in Essex Co. We are hiring for a unique position: this is a hybrid cook & counter position. You are at once a server and cook, directly interacting with guests, taking orders, and firing and assembling food. Our menu is a full raw bar with a small, rotating tapas/bistro-inspired supporting menu. THIS IS A TIPPED POSITION.
