Director, Curriculum Product Strategy
Job Description SUMMARY: The Director of Curriculum Product Strategy will lead the creation and enhancement of innovative mobile applications and engagement strategies for our product offerings. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including curriculum subject matter experts, marketing, and school leadership to drive product success. Strategic Vision and Roadmap:Establish and articulate the strategic vision for mobile app products, defining the roadmap to achieve business goals. Product Lifecycle Management:Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept, specification, and launch to adoption and performance, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance. Customer Research and Engagement:Conduct customer research and engagement activities to gather feedback and determine product requirements, ensuring user-centric design and functionality. Collaboration and Innovation:Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement innovative strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration for both new and existing mobile app products. Engagement Tactics:Develop and execute engagement tactics such as loyalty programs, referral programs, and personalized user experiences to enhance user retention and satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 8-10 years of related professional experience, 5+ years managing specific area; Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field. Recognized industry certification in Product Management Experience launching 0>1 products to B2C and B2B market Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and tactics. Proven success driving change management for new product features among existing customers Certificates and Licenses: None required. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in mobile app development and product management. Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $90,000.00 to $237,644.40. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
