Key Performance Indicators:
Leadership – Lead by example, apprenticeship development, strong work ethic, ETC.
Problem Solving – Adaptation to changes, material suitability, design implementation, ETC.
Quality Control – Ensure accuracy of measurements, install to specification and customer satisfaction, ETC.
Safety Competency and Compliance – Recognize hazards, create mitigation plan, pivot when required, ETC.
Fundamental Job Requirements
Proven experience in commercial carpentry.
Expertise in Division 10 installation (Backing, Blocking, Partition Walls, Cabinets, ETC.).
Interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.
Collaborate with project teams and uphold quality and safety standards.
