Equiliem Healthcare is seeking a qualified professional for a role in our inpatient pharmacy department. This position involves working with inpatient adults and may include pediatric patients in the ER. The facility includes 54 med/surg/tele beds, 10 ICU beds, OR/SDS, radiology/IR, and ER services.ResponsibilitiesThe inpatient pharmacy supports both our outpatient infusion department, which handles chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions, and inpatient/ER needs. The role requires the ability to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medications and must be chemo-certified.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience requiredPharmD, RPh, NJ state license requiredPyxis experience required; PharmacyOneSource experience preferredEpic charting system experience requiredScheduleAssignment Duration: 13 weeksShift Times: Night shift - M-F 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Sat/Sun 8:30 PM to 7:30 AMSchedule follows a 7 on, 7 off rotationWeekend Requirement: Every other weekendContract Hours/BiWeekly: 72 hoursHoliday Requirement: Per unit needFirst-Time Traveler Accepted: YesBlock scheduling: Yes, 7 on, 7 offWill the traveler float?
