You should have insight and a good understanding in how to effectively call our Warm and cold database lists, utilize Social Media DM's, Emails, Text messaging and Phone calls to outreach potential clients to onboard.

This is a highly engaging role. In this position, you will work closely with our CEO, Marketing Team and Client Success Managers to help provide lead generation and appointment setting efforts for new client acquisitions.

We're looking for 2 Part-Time Appointment Setters for our Digital Marketing Agency to set appointments for our agency lead generation and appointment setting services for Service-Based Businesses, Solar, Roofing, Healthcare Clinics, Medical Spas, IV Infusion clinics, Integrated/Functional Medicine practices & Nurse practitioners businesses via mostly on phone calls, social DM's and emails. You will mainly be setting online appointments from our warm leads you outreach and your cold-outreach efforts. This role can be transitioned to full-time based on performance.

Projected Pay On Bonuses, Commissions + Small Base Salary If You Qualify (Base after 2 weeks performance evaluation)

You'll be paid on each appointment sales call you set that shows up and sales commissions on cash collected from our clients. Projected earnings on bonuses and commissions per week up to $1,500 per week and $500 per month base depending on your performance and hours worked per week.

Skills Needed For This Role

-Phone appointment setting: Calling warm leads and setting potential agency client discovery and follow up to set demo appointments (experience preferred)

-Cold-calling warm and cold database leads (preferred)

-List building and lead generation (experience preferred)

-Utilize social media and executing friend requests, DM's, etc

-Fluent in English and have a clear speaking voice

-Experience in calling warm leads is a plus, cold-emailing and Social DM's

-Friendliness and exceptional communication skills

-Basic Data Entry, Intermediate email and chat customer support

-The work schedule is 20 hours per week to start

-You are expected to set 3-5 appointments a day

-Compensation For Your Performance

$10 bonus per appointment set and completed & shows up on appointment date/time (Goal is 3-5 appointments a day depending on how many hours you worked and average is $50-$100 per week in additional pay) + 2.5% commissions on agency retainers collected ($15,000 average retainer per client will earn you additional $375 on clients receivables) + $100 bonus after 1 month depending on your experience and performance.

Base of $500 (Working 20-40 hours a week) per month after 2 weeks evaluation period if you perform to our expectations of setting at least 2-3 appointments a day Mon-Fri working 20 hours a week or 4-7+ appointments a day working Mon-Fri 40 hours a week.

This is mainly a remote position and you may work from our office 1 or 2 days a week if you are local and prefer.
