Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk based in Reynolds, Georgia. The role is situated within the Energy/Natural Resources industry and will require the individual to support the Accounting team with various tasks such as scanning documents and managing data on excel. Responsibilities: Assisting the Accounting team with data entry tasks Scanning documents as part of the company's transition to a paperless environment Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks Multitasking to maintain efficiency and organization in a fast-paced environment Managing and organizing files for easy access and retrieval Corresponding with customers via email to resolve inquiries Performing calculations where necessary, using 10 Key Skills Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary Typing and entering data accurately, ensuring customer service quality Maintaining customer records by updating account information. Requirements Possess strong 10 Key Skills Proficient in Customer Service Experience in Data Entry Able to handle Email Correspondence effectively Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Word Demonstrated ability in Organizing Files Able to Perform Calculations accurately Experience in Scanning documents Proficient in Typing with a good speed and accuracy.
