Processing contractor payments through AWP, Free2000, and AdvantageMe,

Assisting in the award, transition and activation of construction contracts,

Maintaining and updating the asphalt and fuel escalator information and assigning it to contracts as required by specification,

Participating in any AWP update reviews,

Assisting in testing system upgrades,

Overseeing system vendor information,

Acting as the back-up for AWP system manager as well as the advertise technician, and,

Participating on TAGs as appropriate to facilitate the departmental knowledge of AWP and help with product development.

To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:Five (5) years of experience in engineering –OR- an Associate Degree in Engineering or a related technical field and three (3) years of experience in engineering -OR- a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field and one (1) year of experience in engineering.
