Division Controller
Description We are inviting applications for the role of Division Controller to be based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing industry, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing accounting within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of all accounting functions within the organization Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable Implement and oversee the use of accounting software systems Prepare and manage the organization's annual budget Conduct auditing activities to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial data Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger Leverage your CPA skills to ensure best practices in accounting procedures Play a key role in the financial decision-making processes in the manufacturing sector Oversee all levels of manufacturing accounting within the organization. Requirements Proven experience in a Division Controller role or similar Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Comprehensive understanding and execution of Accounting Functions Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Demonstrated ability in creating and managing Annual Budgets Proficiency in Auditing processes and procedures Experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required Thorough understanding and management of General Ledger operations.
