Read on for more details about this particular role.ResponsibilitiesMSA The Safety Company has an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level human resources professional who is passionate about talent management and strategy, organizational design and development, and coaching/counseling. In this HR HR Advisor, Talent and Organization Developmentrole, you will partner with leaders in a global organization to activate the talent strategy that will enable achievement of key business objectives, which includes delivering training and development programs, facilitating succession planning activities, and other organizational and people development programs and initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, people-centered focus, and strong influence and relationship management skills.Responsibilities: Talent Strategy Enablement
Influence the implementation of best practice talent solutions to deliver a positive impact in achieving strategic business goals.
Support the deployment and execution of global organizational talent programs and solutions.
Deliver cross-functional training and facilitate leadership development.
Facilitate workshops and team activities, to build trust and collaboration, support continuous learning, and enable skill development.
Drive discipline and rigor in the execution of ongoing succession planning and talent development efforts.
Identify key insights from employee feedback data and guide leaders to commit to meaningful actions that foster and continuously improve employee engagement.
Advance eLearning utilization across MSA associate population.
Champion company culture and values. Coaching and Mentoring
Coach and advise leadership through challenges at all points of the employee lifecycle workforce planning, performance management, engagement, retention, etc. as well as to develop their personal leadership effectiveness.
Analyze assessment results and coach associates to identify strengths, development areas, and growth strategies. Change Navigation
Partner with business leaders to understand needs and align talent solutions and efforts to support associates and teams in navigating organizational changes successfully.
Counsel leaders and employees through changes. Continuous Improvement
Identify continuous improvement opportunities, incorporate the findings into the HR initiatives and projects pipeline, and lead improvement efforts.
Research and incorporate best practices and ideas from the industry and other disciplines.
Leverage HR data and analytics to proactively identify talent risks and define mitigation strategies.
Contribute positively to a team culture of collaboration and trust.
QualificationsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related professional field;.
Minimum of 5 years of generalist HR, talent management, or related experience in a complex and agile environment.
Experience facilitating training/workshops and/or other team activities;
Strong HR Knowledge base.
Project or program management experience, including experience with multi-disciplinary programs.
Experience with change management.
