Preservation Vendors & Inspectors for Bank Owned Properties – SD

Our company, Brookstone Management, has been in business for 18 years. We are a national company performing services for multiple national clients. We are looking for reliable inspectors and preservation vendors to perform inspections and preservation work in the entire state of South Dakota! We are recruiting contractors familiar with this industry.

Requirements:

For all work you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone with Wi-fi, etc. We require an Aspen Grove account, background check, and request all contractors use the mobile apps (Inspections – InspectorADE and preservation vendors use either Pruvan or PPW). For insurance you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability with Errors & Omissions. Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or provide a letter of exemption.
