job detailsLooking to fill a Contract Office & Administrative role for a global freight forwarding company. This is an onsite position with a great schedule of 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday! In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation in their 3PL (Third Party Logistics) processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in international forwarding or transportation and/or supply chain solutions. MUST BE:

salary: $20 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Customer Inquiries

Preparing spot quotations and obtaining rates

Receive and review orders as per customer requirements/GDP Policy ensuring product safety

Shipment preparation and transaction as per current and valid Policies, Processes and Guidelines via QMS

Non-Conformity handling

Documentation compliance

Shipment invoicing within given timelines and document distribution

Check and accept incoming invoices and charges

Finalize shipment accounting and file closure

Ensure reports/ analysis/ information are performed/established according to SOPs

Coordinate area performance issues resolution

Coordinate/ address specific customer requirements

Shared responsibility with the TLs to manage the ad-hoc quotations requested by customer

Support resolution of local NCR's, complaints, claims

Support Implementation & continuous improvement for customers

Support Quality assurance in accordance with WHO / EU GDP legislation (latest version).

Prepare & analyze KPIs for customers & internal

Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
