Receptionist

Looking for a customer service/receptionist for a glass company that is near the airport.

The job requires one to be friendly with great communication skills (Bilingual required).

On the daily you'll be:

-answering phone calls,

-answering/responding to emails,

-keeping track of clients orders,

-printing orders,

-using a calculator to calculate quotes,

-keeping track of stock,

-ringing up orders.

Basic computer skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and use of a calculator is a must.

Our hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00p.m. Forty hours a week with 1 hour lunch break
