Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team at our ghost kitchen in Orange County. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes. Punctuality and reliability are essential, as you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring high-quality food standards.

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of all food items.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

- Adapt to changing menu requirements and accommodate special dietary requests.

- Participate in kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a catering environment.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
