Indoor Playground Associate

As a part of our team, you will:

● Supervise and engage with children within the playground

● Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the playground

● Host birthday parties and special events

● Interact with parents and caregivers in a friendly and helpful manner

● Help set up and break down equipment as needed

● Enroll guests in both memberships and pay to play

● Post on and engage with social media

We’re looking for candidates who:

● Love working with children of all ages

● Are energetic, positive, patient, and responsible

● Enjoy engaging with others and communicates well in a variety of interactions

● Can defuse and resolve guest escalations

● Have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

● Can work flexible hours, including weekends and closing shifts

● Have strong time management skills

● Can multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks on high traffic days

● Be familiar with positive methods of redirection and communication for all ages of

children

● Can work well with others and adhere to enterprise processes and procedures

● Seek out process improvement and strives to be efficient and effective in their

daily work

● Understand the importance of cleanliness and sanitation

● Are committed to the health and happiness of themselves as well as others

● Can document incidents that may take place, prioritize events, and communicate

with leadership as necessary

● Have cash handling experience

● Can accurately manage a register and identify and navigate itemized inventory

● Take pride in their job and is looking for a long term opportunity with room to

grow

Additional desired experience:

● Experience in child care, customer service, or event hosting

● CPS Certified

● Bi-lingual

Requirements:

● 18 years of age or older

● Have obtained a High School diploma

● Can lift up to 30 lbs

● Can be on your feet for 3+ hours

● Can get up and down frequently, as well as clean and maintain interactive areas

regularly throughout a work day
