Utility water and sewer punch out manager

Land Development utility punch out manager needed. Requirements are as follows: knowledge of water and sewer installation and repairs . Must be detailed oriented , knowledge of understanding and reading civil site plans , managing employees , operating heavy equipment, and performing all aspects of water , sewer , and storm practices . Must be able to work some weekends and in all types of weather . Please call for an interview or questions.
