Secretary-Legal Assistant
Litigation firm in Wellesley Hills seeks a secretary-legal assistant (full or part-time) with experience in litigation work with three partners and assist with office administrative matters. Responsibilities include telephone intakes with potential clients, dictation, maintaining client files, scanning, copying and sending of documents via regular and overnight mail, drafting of correspondence and simple pleadings, arranging for hand deliveries and maintaining office supplies. Ideal candidate will be organized, have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and have an outgoing, amicable and professional demeanor as the position involves extensive client contact.
