Concrete Wall Foreman

Freedom Fabrication is looking for a Full Time Concrete Wall Foreman to lead our crew.

Freedom Fabrication is looking for a qualified wall Foreman. This position is responsible for managing people and projects, including planning and assigning tasks, ensuring proper equipment use, and overseeing the job site. They also need to be experts in formwork, rebar installation, and various concrete finishing techniques.

Some of their duties may include:

Leading a crew of 4 or 5 people.

Reading blueprints: They may need to read and interpret blueprints to lay out footings, walls, piers, and anchor bolts.

Coordinating with others: They may need to coordinate with the superintendent or supervisor to ensure that work is progressing.

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work

Willingness to travel

Good Communication

Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)

Ability to perform physical labor

Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment

Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
