The Lead In-patient Physical Therapist has delegated managerial operational oversight of the in-patient services.
This person must implement the spirit and philosophy of the Adrian Dominican Sisters and will ensure that the rights of the patient and/or family are safeguarded (by observation and documentation).
QualificationsMinimum:
3 years clinical experience.
Graduated from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Ability to communicate effectively utilizing computer verbally and in writing in English.
Ability to perform basic functions of Microsoft Office.
LIC PT = Licensed Physical Therapist in State of NV.
CT CPRBLS - Basic Life Support - AHA
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of hospital based acute care practice with background in leadership/supervision.
Completed post graduate education or possesses certification or CEUs in Acute care geriatrics wound care orthopedics pediatrics NICU & neurology coursework in leadership/supervision in/of Rehab/PT operations or any other clinically relevant coursework/seminars.
Advanced experience with computer software programs and clinical documentation in Hospital based practice.
Multi-lingual Spanish Tagalog.
