Job Responsibilities:
Quality Control Duties:
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the performance of cleaning teams.
- Ensure that all cleaning services adhere to VepoClean’s quality standards.
- Ensure company rules, procedures, and policies are followed.
- Identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and training to cleaning teams to maintain high levels of service.
- Document site visits and generate reports on the quality of services delivered.
Grassroots Marketing Duties:
- Distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and promotional items in targeted areas.
- Build and nurture relationships with property managers, concierges, and other related businesses to drive referrals and generate new business.
- Identify and attend local events, community activities, and other opportunities to promote VepoClean services.
- Assist in developing and executing community-based marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on marketing efforts and track leads generated from grassroots activities.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while balancing dual responsibilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and marketing.
- Previous experience in quality control, customer service, or marketing is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling for site visits and marketing activities.
