 Description:

These positions are due to a projected influx of work in Q1 due to tax season and annual transaction needs with customers. Will start as a contract role thru March with the potential for contract to hire. Top performers (1-3) will have the opportunity for contract to hire based on business need.

Must be comfortable training for 3 weeks from 7am-3:30pm PST. Will move to a 6am, 7am, or 8am PST start time following training.

Job Duties:

As the Customer Operations Representative, you are responsible for reviewing and processing of financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products, including withdrawals, transfers, and setting up repetitive payments. Will also assist with return mail and other administrative duties.

Core responsibilities are around relationship management and transaction processing.

Responsible for reviewing and processing annuity applications - this role is repetitive but looking for a team player and not just a heads down worker!

75% of this position will be processing - very heads down position and will require strong attention to detail. Will be reviewing applications for accuracy and missing documentation. Will be reviewing retirement annuities paperwork.

25% of the role will be communicating with the sales team and agents through phone and email. Very minimal phone communication but must be open to it. Will contact external customers and agents to obtain the necessary information to process the requested transactions

2+ years of strong Financial Services & Insurance experience

Must have processing experience – 1+ years

Strong attention to detail

"Customer first" mentality

Annuity experience strongly preferred!

No time off scheduled from December to March
