Marketing Assistant
Description We are in search of a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Property Management industry based in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, maintaining our online presence, and creating promotional materials. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Design and distribute electronic and paper notices to homeowners using Adobe, Canva, MS Office and other relevant platforms. Manage and update company websites and social media accounts to ensure up-to-date, engaging content. Coordinate the creation and distribution of a quarterly newsletter as part of our communication strategy. Promote various events throughout the year through written and electronic communication. Utilize skills in creative writing to develop compelling marketing content for various platforms. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Use graphic design skills to create visually appealing promotional materials. Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations as needed. Execute email marketing campaigns effectively.Requirements Demonstrated experience in Creative Writing and Content Marketing Proven ability to create and manage Website Content, including Website Maintenance and Updates Experience in creating promotional materials such as Flyers Understanding of Email Marketing strategies and implementation General knowledge of Marketing principles and best practices Experience in creating Marketing Content for various platforms Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work Demonstrated ability to use creativity in the development of marketing materials and strategies Understanding of the company's brand and ability to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand image Willingness to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and practices.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
