Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a Wi-Fo Product Manager to join their team in the Englewood Area. The Product and Technology team develops and operates top-tier mobile, internet, TV, and WiFi services. We are looking for someone to lead programs that enhance product quality and customer experience, working closely with Engineering teams to address technical challenges and feedback. This person is expected to lead and manage technical programs within the WiFi Product Operations team, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program success. On top of that, they will be overseeing WiFi hardware and software issue resolution and monitoring KPIs to report on program effectiveness. We expect this person promote continuous improvement and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.Pay Range: $60-65Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
