As a Electrical Foreman you will be responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling crews to complete assigned work orders, including assigning tasks, assuring the work is being installed in a high-quality manner and performing quality inspections. Directing and supervising electricians and other electrical workers to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.
Overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
Identifying and resolving electrical issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
Ensuring that electrical work meets all relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Creating work schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring projects remain within time constraints, and within budget.
Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
Enforcing safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment for all workers.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
Qualifications:
A minimum of at least five (5) years of experience
Active License ?Computer literate with the ability to navigate in Outlook, Google, and Excel
Proven ability to manage crews of 12+
Must be able to bend and stretch overhead easily
Working knowledge of OSHA & NEC Codes and regulations
Ability to work independently and adhere to prescribed routines and policies.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide quality customer service.
Ability to perform duties in all weather conditions.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to lift and transport a load of forty five (45) lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and drive from work site to work site.
Must have visual acuity.
