We are a trusted advisor, who provides authority guidance, advice, direction, and support to our customers. We facilitate meaningful conversations, informatively questions, and find innovative solutions to sophisticated problems. We listen attentively, set clear objectives, and partner with various groups to ensure success!You will use problem solving skills to identify and help implement processes and procedures while collaborating with process sponsors, owners, stewards, and partners to execute, lead, and improve sales processes and underlying systems to support our central initiatives.Role and Responsibilities:

Lead, facilitate, and ownership of process improvement projects from start to finish, by collaborating with sponsors, business, and IT collaborators to develop and implement new processes, procedures, and technologies

Apply validated BPM methodologies to assess process disconnects and identify areas of improvement opportunities

Organize and facilitate multi-functional forums, meetings, and activities that drive engagement and process alignment across the Information Technology and business partners

Identify and assess process, organizational structure, and business strategies to improve efficiency.

Plan, research, design, track, develop, and implement sophisticated business processes with sponsors and collaborators to optimize and improve efficiency and effectiveness metrics

Apply tools and software to collaborate and create project plans, new process designs, business requirements, user stories, use cases, organizational change plans, training, procedures guides, and other related work to drive team alignment

Communicate, report, and promote on process analysis and proposed solutions to drive positive change through process discipline, alignment, and governance

Collaborate with IT and Business collaborators to set goals and objectives to deliver projects on time.

Develop strategic process solutions through collaboration with partners

Collaborate with peer groups across Micron and Sales, maintaining alignment on best known methods and coordination between initiatives

Liaise with Salesforce, Rapid Response, ModelN, etc. user community to support effective usage, expansion and data integrity

Propose and implement methods to supervise and measure the health and effectiveness of existing business processes and to measure the effectiveness of business process improvements

Challenge assumptions to develop sustainable and scalable process solutions

Maintain a customer-centered demeanor as we are on the frontline to answers questions regarding processes and projects

Qualifications and Education:

4-year bachelor’s or higher in computer, business, mathematics, and information technology or related fields

5 years or more of relevant business analysis experience

Good communication, collaboration, analysis, problem solving, decision-making, project management, and facilitation skills

Superb communication skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization

Drives business process work by looking at ways to be innovative with what we do and how we work. Looks at processes from an end to end and multi-functional view

Sophisticated research skills to analyze business processes, collect relevant data, organize it appropriately, and make informed suggestions

Comfortable working with all levels in the organization

Knowledge of Salesforce, Visio, Project Manager, PPT, Rapid Response, or other related certifications or tools a plus
