Hiring Experience Dispatcher ASAP Truck & Trailer Dry VAN

We are a small trucking company looking for a dispatcher to join our team

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST KNOW ABOUT DAT LOADBOARD THAT IS A MUST EVENIF ITGS A FEW MONTHS TO 1 YEAR

Knowledge of multi-state geography

Must know about HOS to properly track and log activity to plan loads in a timely matter

Track loads and drivers daily (Calling drivers / seeing where they are on the GPS)

Communicate with drivers when booking their loads giving them load details.

Keeping broker updated with driver such as eta of when getting loaded or empty as well as break down information if a

driver is broke down

Adjust dispatch plans and relocate drivers as necessary to meet service needs such as (Breakdowns,lateness,driver hours

available ,etc)

Enter truck, trailer, driver, and load information to software and spreadsheets,etc.

Answer phone calls and emails (As well setting up carrier packets) when booking loads with new customers

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

This position is in office position Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIANCE
