MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance throughout our Assisted Living communities.

Paint, patch up, and repair resident rooms and private bathrooms.

Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on various equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Must have tools.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Commute to multiple sites; mileage reimbursement provided.

Must have ALF or SNF setting experience.
