Make Ready Construction Worker

Are you handy and enjoy working with your hands?

We are a friendly team looking for a Make Ready Construction Worker! You will help make buildings ready for people to move in.

What You Will Do:

- Paint walls and touch up areas.

- Do small repairs around the building.

- Help with minor construction projects.

- Assist with demolition when needed.

- Clean up work areas after completing tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

- You should be reliable and like to work hard.

- Good at using tools and following instructions.

- Enjoy working as part of a team.

- At least 5 years of painting experience required.

- Must have knowledge of different paint products such as latex, enamel, oil, shellac, as well as stains.
