NOW HIRING NIGHT DESK AGENT
THE COACHMAN INN, OAK HARBOR is hiring for the following roles:
NIGHT DESK | C Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
General Front Desk Reception Tasks: (on-the-job training is available )
- Greet hotel guests, process check-ins and checkouts.
- Answer guest calls and make reservations.
- Report issues to our General Manager and hotel maintenance for support.
- Clean/tidy lobby, kitchen, restrooms, and re-set pool/hot tub area.
- Guest Hospitality: Answering calls, and communicating with housekeeping.
- Check email and online channels.
- Follow task list
- Restock all supplies on the desk and kitchen for breakfast, keep organized.
- Set up breakfast prep and/or coffee service in the lobby to be ready for morning staff and guests.
- Submit shift report.

- Easy smile, friendly, patient, and has a hospitable demeanor
- Professional phone etiquette
- Level headed and calm
- Organized, clean and takes pride in work
Required for all:
+ Be available and ready to work for your shift when scheduled
+ Be 18 years of age
+ Be able to lift 30lbs
+ Communicate well phone, text, and email
+ Be welcoming and helpful to people you work with and our guests.
+ Be able to work a flexible schedule and cover other shifts on occasion.
+ Be hardworking, eager to learn, respectful, honest, and kind.
+ No task too small, can-do attitude.
