RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support executive leadership in daily operations

- Draft and edit contracts and legal documents

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Manage complex administrative tasks

- Prepare status reports and documentation

- Handle high-priority communications

REQUIREMENTS:

- JD or current bar candidate or law school grad

- Proficiency in modern business software (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, QuickBooks, Outlook, Filemaker)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work extended hours (M-F, 9am-7pm)

- Must reside within 5 miles of Beverly Hills office

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Available for immediate start
