Apartment Maintenance Tech

We are seeking an experienced, HVAC skilled Maintenance Tech to join the maintenance team at a beautiful apartment community in Clearwater.

Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail and be experienced in all aspects of apartment maintenance. Great work environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs apartment maintenance tasks in an efficient manner.

Ensures the completion of all emergency and non-emergency service requests.

Conducts monthly preventative maintenance schedule.

Manages make-ready timeline per company guidelines, keeping down time to a minimum.

Maintains a service-oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude.

Other duties as assigned.
