Commercial Cabinet & Millwork Shop Foreman

Joslin Millwork is looking for a well rounded Shop Foreman to oversee employees in our fast paced Cabinet Millwork shop with the ability to read, assess and assimilate blueprints/drawings and must have excellent management/organization skills. Other requirements include;

-Overseeing operations performed in shop

-Supervising employee performance

-Assigning employee work duties

-Training new employees

-Inspecting all finished products to ensure it meets required standards

-Maintaining maintenance of all machinery

-Enforcing and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations

-Other shop duties as needed or assigned

Must have at least 1-2 years experience as a Millwork Shop Foreman/Superintendent, 5+ years experience working in a millwork shop and a Valid drivers license.
