One North Kitchen and Bar- All Postions

We are looking to fill a few positions for a small, but busy, locally owned restaurant located in the heart of the Loop.

We are located across from the Lyric Opera House. Hours are 11am to 9pm. No late nights!

-Experienced Server with more then 5 years experience. Must be BASSET and Sanitation certified. Must have good knowledge of wine, beer and spirits. Must be a team player.

- Experienced part time Barback shifts available. Must have knowledge on NA cocktails and beverages as well. Must be comfortable cocktailing if needed. Must have BASSET Certification. Must be comfortable as a server.

-Experienced Line Cook for a busy restaurant located in the Loop. Cook must have knowledge of a different stations and be willing to help other cooks. Some light prep is required. Days would be Monday through Friday with occasional shifts on Saturday night depending on the Opera Schedule. NO SUNDAYS!
