QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Excellent knife skills Consistency ServSafe Sanitation Certificate required before starting 2+ years hotline experience and set-up/breakdown of various stations Showing up on time and ready to work and a healthy attitude and respect other employees Keeping clean knives, tools, and station; experience cleaning kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and tilt skillets Must be able to work weekday and weekend day and night shifts (kitchen closes at 10 pm) Must be 21+ years of age OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS First interview: 15min call/Facetime with our Kitchen Manager and GM Second interview: In-person interview with Kitchen Manager and GM Third Round: Paid Stage Shifts THE JOB 35+ Hours Evening Hours (2:30-10:30 PM) Thursday-Monday ADDITIONAL PERKS: Kitchen soft beverages while at work Complimentary Shift Meal Complimentary Drip Coffee 15% Discount Retail purchases 50% Off Food purchases (while at work) Access to Vendor Swag/Tickets/ etc. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
