Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Richmond, Virginia. This role entails working in a call center environment, handling inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, the role requires data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Responsibilities: Efficiently answer inbound calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, documenting all customer interactions and transactions. Strictly adhere to the call center's customer service protocols and standards. Use the company's order entry system to schedule appointments and process credit card payments. Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate customer records, updating them as necessary. Use email correspondence to communicate with customers when required. Monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer service goals. Continuously improve your knowledge of the industry to provide better service to customers. Requirements Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound-outbound calls in a call center environment. Exceptional customer service skills with prior experience in a customer-facing role. Strong data entry skills and ability to handle order entry tasks. Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner. Proficient in scheduling appointments according to company procedures. Experience in processing credit card payments securely and accurately. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals. Must have good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
