ERP/CRM Consultant
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant. The role is primarily based in Neptune, New Jersey. As an ERP/CRM Consultant, you will work within the industry, utilizing your skills in areas such as client-side scripting, cloud technologies, CRM, and ERP to name a few. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a focus on PeopleSoft Financials.Responsibilities: Utilize your extensive experience in PeopleSoft Financials to provide solutions and support to our clients. Leverage your understanding of PeopleTools Technology to optimize system performance. Handle the implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft systems to meet client needs. Maintain a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize your skills in areas such as AB Testing, API Development, and Configuration Management to improve business processes. Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Process customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner. Regularly visit the onsite location once a week. Utilize Microsoft tools and other ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to optimize business process functions and effectively manage customer credit records.
