About this PositionThe Data Analyst position requires a high level of organization with the ability to work with a variety of data sources, develop and document effective processes, and deliver quality products in a timely manner. The Data Analyst will perform data analyses using a variety of methods and platforms with data from a variety of sources to support teams across Partner4Work.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Procure and interpret data pertinent for stakeholders associated with Partner4Work and its business partners.

- Analyze program data from a variety of sources and databases, including data on participants, services, outcomes, and other data related to Partner4Work's portfolio of career services and training programs for Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth.
Assist with the development and documentation of systems and processes to ensure quality, timely, and accurate data.
Create time-specific data reports as well as timely responses to ad hoc requests to meet the needs of P4W staff, assist with day-to-day program management, and help inform strategic planning.
Support evaluations of programs by quantifying outcomes on a small scale as well as organization-wide.
Work with program staff and Partner4Work leadership to identify data and data process needs, and work with the Data and Evaluation team to address those needs.
Structure large and small data sets to identify program outcomes.
Create visualizations (graphs, charts, etc.) of Partner4Work program data to communicate key indicators and trends for P4W staff and other stakeholders.
Contribute compelling graphics to Partner4Work published materials to engage a variety of audiences on key data insights.
Support administration of internal and external data systems.
Help end-users understand the data presented and the relevance of the data to inform program improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and ExperienceIt is likely that successful applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in a field related to statistics, data analytics, database management, economics, mathematics, or similar, as well as two or more years of experience in collection and analyzing d ta. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or related software.
Understanding of database structures and logic.
Ability to effectively solve problems and work independently on a variety of projects.
Strong analytical and statistical skills.
Ability to troubleshoot data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate large amounts of data in a concise and clear way.
Experience with statistical software (e.g., Stata, SPSS), Salesforce and/or GIS a plus.
Ability to create graphically engaging data visualizations.
