Billing Specialist

Job DescriptionA childcare company headquartered in Portland is seeking a remote Billing Specialist. In this role, you'll manage system requests, maintain department trackers, and support billing projects to ensure smooth operations. Self-motivation and adaptability are essential, as you collaborate with administrators and advocate for families. As part of your day to day you'll identify process improvements, cross-train with peers, and participate in team calls to enhance service quality. High School diploma or GED required.

  Bookkeeping, billing, and accounts receivable experience.

  Strong digital literacy covering financial systems and general office software, including MS Office; strong excel and email skills. null
