Line Cooks Wanted

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Professional line cooks looking for full and part-time hours in a modern cocktail bar. Typical job responsibilities include station prep, setting up and maintaining a sanitary workspace, closing the kitchen, preparing nightly staff meals for 5-12 people, and preparing dishes to specification in a high volume bar service.

WHEN: Hours are 4pm to Closing, typically 11:30pm to 12:30am. Full weekend availability is mandatory. We are currently offering full and part time positions 7 days a week.

HOW MUCH: Compensation starts at $17/hr, with health insurance available to full time employees after a 90 day period. Additional benefits include an employee discount, a free daily shift meal, and additional benefits to be discussed during the interview.
