We are seeking professional and experienced individuals with a friendly, upbeat demeanor. Applicants for Assistant Manager must have a current Food Handlers License, resume, and references.

The ideal candidates will have prior experience, enjoy being part of a team, and possess a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Asst. Managers:

Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests.

Take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Prepare products to Baya Bar specifications.

Train new hires.

Maintain sanitation to DOH standards; keep the work area clean and organized.

Maintain a clean and efficient environment in and outside of store.

Keep track of inventory and place orders.

Open and close store. Handle cash drawer.

Counter Staff:

Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests.

Take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Prepare products to Baya Bar specifications.

Maintain a clean and efficient environment in store and outside of store.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years experience in food service industry (Asst. Manager)

Open Availability
