We are looking for a Ready Mix Driver to join our team! As a Ready Mix Driver, you will be the face of our company, delivering high-quality concrete to various sites while ensuring excellent customer service and timely deliveries. Your main responsibility will be to operate our ready mix trucks and navigate through diverse terrains. Responsibilities:

Operate ready mix trucks safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to construction sites.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.

Load and manage concrete according to delivery schedules and customer specifications.

Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.

Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service at all times.

Follow all safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe work environment.

Assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Requirements:

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests.

Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in the ready mix industry, but is not required.

Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.

Ability to operate heavy machinery and trucks, including readiness for varied terrain.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.

Pay:

CDL Drivers starting: $27-$30 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours:

Hours may vary. 40-50 hours per week during the busy season.
