Maintenance Technician I

Maintenance

Wed-Sunday - 8-4:30 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Qualifications

 1 year or more experience in maintenance

 Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting and carpentry

 Knowledge of hand and power tools

 Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Position Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Building Services

The Maintenance Technician l is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services.

These include, but are not limited to the following:

Electrical work

Repairing broken light switches and receptacles

Changing lights

Changing and, or retrofitting lighting ballasts

HVAC work

Changing or cleaning AC filters on a regular basis

Changing belts in AC and Exhaust units

General maintenance

Fixing and, or changing door hardware

Replacing ceiling tiles

Keeping all mechanical rooms clean, and organized

Plumbing work

Repair, or replacement of any damaged plumbing

Painting and drywall work

Painting of walls, doors, doorframes, etc.

Pickups and deliveries of various items

Carpentry work

Testing of all pools / Record results

Performance of any other duties as assigned

Inspect facility on weekends for any repairs
