Zinque is a hip French-inspired bar and restaurant, with multiple locations in California and Arizona.
We are hiring kitchen supervisors for our new beautiful location in West Village . Those positions requires a minimum of 2 year experience with high volume food and beverage operations.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, service, food and who would like to learn about French cuisine and wine.

- A minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in a non-corporate as well as corporate chain restaurant.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Spanish and English speaking preferred.
- Strong hospitality orientation.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
- Must have the ability to work varied and flexible hours.
- Must have the ability to comply and implement all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health Department rules and regulations. ServSafe certification preferred.
- Food handler certificate.
- Experience when ordering and if possible scheduling.
