Salary: $30-$40/hr @ ±50hrs/week year round. Expected annual take home will be $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 + benefits & bonuses.

Job Overview:

Aquality Construction, a premier provider of high-end in-house pool and spa construction services, seeks a skilled and experienced Pool Construction Foreman to manage our luxury pool builds. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in all phases of pool construction, exceptional leadership abilities, up-to-date knowledge on leading practices, and a keen eye for quality and detail. The Pool Construction Foreman will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship. This position will be on-site performing all manual labor tasks with a team of 2-6+ depending on the size of the project, this is not an office job, but the right person will have the opportunity to move up into managing multiple jobs over time with a hybrid on-site/office role eventually.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership: Manage and lead a team of laborers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Project Planning and Execution: Oversee all stages of pool construction, including excavation, full height forming, grading, plumbing, rebar, tile, coping and plaster prep. Experience with shotcrete & plaster is an advantage. Ensure each phase aligns with Aquality Construction's standards and the project timeline.

Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks throughout the project, ensuring high-end finishes, precise measurements, and seamless integrations with surrounding landscaping.

Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the delivery, use, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment, and verify that all resources are utilized efficiently.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and company safety policies. Conduct routine safety inspections and manage on-site safety protocols.

Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and communicating project progress.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, labor hours, and any deviations from project plans.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in concrete swimming pool or high-end construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of pool construction processes.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, while adapting to the culture, standards and practices of the company.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with an eye for aesthetic finishes that meet luxury standards.

Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks as required, including lifting, kneeling, and handling equipment for up to 12+ hours a day, 5 days a week.

Licenses/Certifications: Relevant trade certifications are preferred. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and first aid certification is a plus.

Bilingual: English/Spanish (not required but preferred)
