Hiring Flexible Part Time Construction Project Management

We are a residential construction company. We do home renovations, flooring, painting, kitchens, bathrooms, full punch lists, etc. We are looking for a very part time project manager. We we do work within 1.5 hours around Denver.

Tasks would include:

-Going to appointments to do walk throughs for estimates. We would need you to take photos and detailed notes (we provide a template to follow).

-Checking in on ongoing projects

Requirements:

-Well spoken/ good personal skills

-Able to take detailed notes, measurements, etc.

-Flexible with scheduling .

-Provide 3 references

-Must have an understanding of basic construction

Payment:

Starting out we will be paying per appointment. Depending on the estimate this can range from 65.00-150.00 depending on the distance and and time involved. There will also be a percentage of the job payed out once the job is secured.

We are located in Atlanta Ga as well as Colorado Springs. This position would start as being a flexible part time position. There will be potential to grow with us as a company.
