Steam Driver and Custodian Driver

1st position

Steam Driver (Duties may vary by property and may be assigned accordingly)

Steamer reports to the Steam division supervisor and/or Operations Manager.

Use and operation of company vehicle, pressure washing, and recycling equipment (3500 psi) to

remove dirt and oil from various surfaces such as sidewalks, concrete/asphalt surfaces, and building

exteriors

Steam Driver (Duties may vary by property and may be assigned accordingly)

Sweep driver reports to the Sweep division supervisor and/or Operations Manager

Use and operation of company sweep truck and air blower to remove trash, leaves, and debris from

parking and common area surfaces

1. Operate steam clean / pressure washing equipment to ensure job completion in a safe and timely manner

2. Operate company vehicle in a safe manner

3. Report / communicate on completed work

4. Follow company policies and procedures

5. Performs other related duties as assigned

2nd position

Custodian Driver (Duties may vary by property and may be assigned accordingly)

Custodian reports to the Custodian division supervisor and/or Operations Manager.

Use and operation of company vehicle,

Custodian Driver reports to the Custodian division supervisor and/or Operations Manager

Clean and care for job location in order to ensure they are maintained in a safe and timely

Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment

Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities to include the following (as applicable to the

property):

Cleans restrooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, and restocking rest room supplies as

needed (as applicable to the property)

Removes trash and dispose of in designated areas

Reports and repairs emergency maintenance problems and/or environmental hazards immediately

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Performs physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body

 Lifting, pushing , pulling up to 50 pounds

 Ability to walk, stand, and perform repetitive horizontal and overhead movements for extended periods

of time

 Ability to reach, bend, stoop and kneel

 Ability to use arms and hands to grasp, grip, hold for extended period of time within an 8 – 10 hour shift
