EXPERIENCED APARTMENT COMMUNITY LEASING AGENT WANTED
Well established privately held Residential Property Management company looking to hire a full time Leasing Agent Manager for 134-Unit Apartment Complex Palm Springs
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
The perfect candidate for the position would have at least 1-year current experience leasing apartments in a 100+ unit apartment community. Applicant must have the following qualifications/skills:
Excellent verbal/written/telephone communication skills including the ability to deal with a diverse tenant base.
Enthusiastic and customer service oriented with a strong work ethic and outgoing professional attitude and appearance. Ability to work independently and effectively interact with prospective tenants, residents, peers, staff and management.
Strong marketing, leasing, great customer service and problem-solving skills required. Must be organized and detail oriented and have great follow up skills.
Schedule showing appointments for vacancies.
Prepare all rental documents and lease paperwork.
Collect deposits, move in monies and complete move in walk through.
Must be computer literate in Word and Excel
Manage and compile all online and print Advertising
Fair Housing Knowledge
Interact effectively with vendors.
Bilingual a plus!
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be drug free, dependable and punctual.
Must be available to work on weekends.
Rate of pay is negotiable based on experience of applicant. Benefits after 90 day probationary period. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
