Position:

Dishwasher/Line Cook, support - this is the same position for one person. If you cannot do both, do not apply for this position

Evenings and weekends required. 20-30 hours a week.

Your primary responsibility will involve performing dish washing duties, while also assisting with line tasks as required throughout your shift. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to perform cooking duties alone on the line during the main line cook's lunch break. The ability to quickly learn the menu is essential and a mandatory aspect of this position.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of line cook experience

- 1+ year of dish washing experience

- Must be self-managed, ethical, hard-working, passion for scratch cooking, a high attention to detail, clean, organized and be able to work in a team environment

- Able to work under pressure

- Ability to follow instructions, recipes and procedures

- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team

- Available to work weekends and holidays

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must possess the ability to consistently maintain all company and industry safety and sanitation practices and standards
