We are a boutique alternative asset manager. We seek an Fund Operations Manager to strengthen our operational foundation. The ideal candidate will bring experience in fund management operations. The Role

The Fund Operations Manager will handle daily operations of our investment vehicles and support the firm's continued growth. This role combines hands-on operational responsibilities with opportunities to develop leadership skills. This position demands uncompromising attention to detail and the robust multi-tasking.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operational workflows, including trade operations, reconciliations, and reporting

Oversee fund accounting processes and financial reporting timelines

Support compliance with SEC regulations, AML requirements, and FATCA guidelines

Coordinate with fund administrators, prime brokers, and other service providers

Execute trade allocations and maintain robust reconciliation processes

Assist with external audits and due diligence requests

Help maintain operational risk controls and procedures

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fund operations or fund accounting

Strong knowledge of investment operations and regulatory requirements

Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Clear communication abilities, both written and verbal

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Mastery of Excel and financial software systems

Ideal Candidates Will Have

Experience with alternative investment vehicles
