We're thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Charm Beauty Lounge. Nestled in the heart of West Palm Beach, we take pride in providing top-notch beauty services to our valued clients.

Position: Hair Stylist / Colorist (Cosmetologist)

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (Closed on Sundays and Mondays)

Responsibilities:

Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform a range of hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to enhance the natural beauty of our clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair design.

Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and desired outcomes. Provide expert advice on suitable hairstyles and colors based on individual needs.

Customer Service: Create a welcoming and friendly environment for clients. Ensure a positive and memorable experience by actively listening to clients' concerns and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about salon products and recommend appropriate hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance.

Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe salon environment. Follow proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.

Appointment Management: Efficiently manage appointment schedules, ensuring punctuality and providing timely services. Handle walk-ins and phone inquiries with professionalism.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other salon/spa team members to enhance the overall client experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Sales and Upselling: Actively promote salon products and additional services. Upsell hair care treatments or products based on clients' needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

Valid Cosmetology license in the state of Florida.

Proven experience in hair cutting, styling, and coloring.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for staying updated on industry trends.
